Historien om hvordan Jopeva Childrens house ble til
My name is Peter Erot Esekon, from Turkana – Lodwar north western part of Kenya. I, am the founder of Jopeva Committee project with my wife Josephine Atabo Erot, which was started in 2012. It caters for orphans and vulnerable children in the county of Turkana Lodwar Kenya. I founded Jopeva as to remember my past life as a street boy. Secondly to remember our first born girl Eva who died six months after her birth. Third as I saw so many children abandoned and neglected after their parents died of HIV/AIDS without hope.
I hold I a bachelor degree in theology and a minor in geography with a certified certificate on Trainers on issues relating to HIV/AIDS, and currently I ‘m studying in Germany for a master degree in mission studies and taking some courses in International Social Sciences.
Currently my wife and I, are taking care of six children 3 boys and 3 girls. We provide them with food, clothing, basic education, love and care including spiritual inspiration. The children live at our small house from morning to evening.
